I assume you save and believe that money not spent is money saved for YOUR future.
These are 3 core problems that you may be grappling with as you’re saving for your future.
- Inflation rate is about 3% to 4% here in Singapore. Are you worried that inflation is eating away the purchasing power of your money? To maintain parity with inflation, the return of your money should match that of inflation. Check the figures yourself.
- What’s the interest rate of your saving accounts or fixed deposits? Is it 0.125% p.a. or 1% p.a.? How much exactly is the rate of return on your savings account? Is this yield on par with the inflation rate? By leaving your money in low yielding savings account, do you realize you’re already LOSING to inflation? Warren Buffet said it best, “Inflation is our greatest enemy.” Inflation eats away the purchasing power of our money.
- Lack of knowledge of financial instruments that can help you maximize your wealth by making your money work harder for you.

It’s my job to add value to you and help you do better.

Why should you engage me?
Because I can provide clarity to you and guide you to make better decisions. IMO, no advisor who adds value by reducing risk and/or increasing value is “expensive.”
